Team Reporting

With team reporting, you can view the number of contacts messaged, the number of messages sent, the number of contacts who've replied or booked a meeting, and the best open hours for your messages for each of your team members.


Individual Reports

You can do a deep dive into your own reports or your teammate's reports to see how you or your teammate's messages have been performing over time.


Admin Reports

Some of the reports we provide include:

  • Contact Performance: Includes the number of contacts added, messaged, opened, replied, and booked
  • Message Performance: Includes the number of messages sent, opened, clicked, and replied
  • Leaderboard: Owners and managers can view the team leaderboard to see how the team is performing across the board
  • Contact Activity: A heat grid showing the most popular times a contact opens/views a message
